All local school students in Secondary 4 to 7 may enter the weekly
games for the following television programmes:
Road
Scholars
Smallville
(season 1)
All
local school students in Secondary 1 to 3 may enter the weekly games
for the following television programmes:
Lizzie
McGuire
Sail
Away
Each student may only make one entry for each weekly game. Students
who submit incorrect or insufficient personal information may be
disqualified.
Nevertheless, students of all levels are encouraged to make use
of the online learning
materials.
To participate in any game, students must log in as HKedCity citizens.
Those who are not yet HKedCity citizens may register online for
a citizen ID and password. Please click online
registration.
Correct answers for each week's game will be posted online in the
following week.
The first 10 students who obtain the highest scores in each week's
game will receive a small gift. Notification will be issued by email.
The scores obtained by each student in the weekly games of each
television programme will be added together and recorded as his/her
accumulative scores. Names of the top 10 students who obtain the
highest weekly scores will be posted on a "Top 10 Participants Chart"
in the following week.
At the end of each of the four television programmes, the top 10
students who obtain the highest accumulative scores will be invited
to take part in a final competition. Each of these semi-finalists
will receive a book voucher. Notification will be issued by email.
Three winners will be selected from each programme's final competition.
They will receive Student Grand Prizes. Notification
will be issued by letter as well as email.
Games
for Schools
"1,000 Bonus Points" will be awarded to a school for each student
who participates in the weekly game.
The school that receives the highest accumulative Bonus Points for
the games of Lizzie McGuire & Sail Away will receive a School
Grand Prize. The same goes for the games of Road Scholars
& Smallville (season 1). Notification will be
issued by letter.
The top 10 schools that receive the highest accumulative Bonus Points
will be announced through a "Top 10 Schools Chart" each week.
Hong Kong Education City Ltd. reserves the right to make final decision
on prize winners
and rules of games.
