Making pizza

Is there anybody who doesn't like pizza? Have you ever made one? Let's ask a popular pizza restaurant in Sai Kung how to do it.

The manager, Sharma Rajinder, said, "Everything is freshly made. Our customers expect a high standard. The Hawaiian, with ham and pineapple, is still the favourite pizza but more people are willing to try new styles. Our New Orleans pizza, with sour cream and Cajun chicken, is popular nowadays."

The dough (the bread mixture which is used for the base) and ingredients are prepared in the morning. Ah Wai has been making pizzas for 11 years. Let's see how he does it.

World Hunger

In Hong Kong, overeating is a bigger problem than hunger. Most of us have more than enough food. About 25,000 people die every day because of hunger. This happens because of war, droughts, earthquakes, climate change and corruption. It only costs a few dollars to help. Find out more here.
