「天河部落」是国内著名的教学日志之一，自2005年启动，是一个基于BLOG技术，面向全市开放的教学研究平台，旨在营造教研氛围，在交流对话、沟通协调、互助合作中共同发展。
日志内采用综合分类及学科分类方式呈现。在这里，教师可利用网志积累和梳理自己的知识，积累与学生共同成长的点点滴滴。透过构建资源和互相学习，促进知识的转化、生成、传播和利用，实现区域教研的可持续发展。

Hong Kong IT in Education Symposium 2008 has been held from 2-3 May 2008 at Pui Ching Middle School. The English Language Focus Group of IT in Education Section (EDB) joined the parallel session on 2 May 2008 in presenting how theBlog can assist language learning with experience sharing on English teaching with blog in both Primary and Secondary schools.
